ACT Test Panels

PPG & PPG Chemfil buy quite a few ACT test panels for our work and pass the savings on to our customers who just want to buy a package or two of common panels at a fair price.

From ACT Site:

Every Panel starts with superior quality Cold Rolled Steel substrate. This substrate has a consistent matte finish which is produced through an industry standard process.

The panel production process includes cleaning the Cold Rolled Steel according to ASTM D609C.  The panels are cut to size, a 5/16” hole is punched at the top.

After inspection, panels are packed/wrapped in quantities of 25 with VCI paper (vapor phase inhibitor), shrink wrapped.
